figuring out one way to use clogs - breaking down my friday morning log note(s). writing a novel using my zk, taught by Bob Doto
creative logs or clogs, a made up word coined by Bob Doto, who wrote, A SYSTEM FOR WRITING how an unconventional approach to note-making can help you capture ideas, think wildly, and write constantly.
so each of the blocks you see are relationships with other block notes of ideas for the future self
below are timestamps or reference notes i took of the writing session
here’s the video of me capturing the session
2.40 i think of how to connect this session of thinking and writing to my project(s) or areas(s). but areas for now, [[writing my science-fiction fantasy book]]. 1
2.30 ive turned what is a biotalic ? as a pagefilter note to gather answers or more questions and this is my 1st answer outline note of [[what is a biotalic?]]. on this daily note page (dnp) im treating my pages' linked references as my clogs or logs to refer back. using pagefilters within a roam page to see answers i've come up from a different time and place within my dnp.
above. so when im working on a different date time and pace on my side bar. i can access these pagefilters to refer back to any answered notes i've come up with.
2.20 so that was my 30mins of thinking and writing
0.35 im starting to get into the groove of writing
i've been noticing this lately, this feeling...enjoying....thinking through writing
im starting to try this idea where i indent my comments under the block of notes
0.40 comment that it reminded me of the same idea from an anime
0.20 another comment
0.17 my 1st comment. i started to indent my commentary on that note
2.15 i marked my questions with my [[?]](question mark) pagefilter
just thought of commenting in 5mins about my last clog
thanks for reading this far behind my minds inner workings
